Steve's communication skills have been out of the ballpark, and I mean it! Any time we needed to talk to him, he made himself available. If he doesn't answer right away, he will get back to you within the hour, unless some natural disaster pulls him away. He actually listened to us and the desires we have for our future together as husband and wife, and even took into consideration the needs and desires of my daughter, who came house hunting with us on occasion! He has a patience level that most adults could only dream of having. And I'll say it again, he really hears everything. Mecca was sweet and personable while also being professional the entire time. There were a few houses we "loved" but "lost" to higher bidders (I put those words in quotes because we found our dream home, in our dream neighborhood with great schools and a family atmosphere and we couldn't be more glad.)
